1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility
The Drawing is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.
Employees, owners, officers, and members of the immediate household of Suppello LLC are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period
The Drawing begins on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on Friday, August 21, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Entry Period”).
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter:
Survey Entry: Complete and submit the Suppello Customer Survey during the Entry Period. One completed survey equals one entry.
Free Alternate Method of Entry: No purchase or survey completion is necessary. During the Entry Period, email hello@suppello.com with the subject line:
Customer Survey Drawing Entry
Include your name and email address in the message.
Limit one entry per person total, regardless of method of entry.
Survey entries and alternate-method entries have an equal chance of winning. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
5. Prize
One winner will receive:
One pouch of Suppello Mushroom Complex+ Powder
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $24.99
Suppello LLC will pay standard shipping to the winner. No cash alternative is available.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Monday, August 24, 2026.
The winner will be notified by email.
The selected winner must respond by Saturday, August 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
If the selected winner does not respond by the deadline, cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Survey Feedback and Email Use
Positive, negative, or neutral survey feedback has no effect whatsoever on an entrant’s chances of winning.
Survey responses are being collected for customer research and may be analyzed by Suppello LLC to help improve its products, positioning, marketing, and customer experience.
Email addresses collected through this Drawing will be used to administer the Drawing and, for survey respondents, to match survey responses with existing order records.
Entrants will not be added to a marketing list as a result of entering the Drawing.
Suppello LLC will not publicly identify an entrant or publicly attribute an individual survey response to that person without permission.
8. Taxes
Any federal, state, or local taxes or other obligations associated with accepting the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
9. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Suppello LLC regarding administration of the Drawing, subject to applicable law.
Suppello LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Drawing if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, or another circumstance beyond Suppello LLC’s reasonable control prevents the Drawing from being administered as intended.
Suppello LLC will not arbitrarily disqualify or reject an otherwise eligible entry.
10. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
