Curious how your Suppello order gets from us to your door? Here’s everything you need to know.


PROCESSING & SAME-DAY SHIPPING

Orders placed before 11:00 AM EST are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST will ship the next business day.

Our fulfillment center operates Monday–Sunday during standard business hours, except on national holidays. Our website is always open and you're welcome to place an order at any time — just keep in mind that orders placed on a holiday will ship on the next business day.


SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. All U.S. orders over $35 qualify for free standard shipping. Most domestic orders arrive within 2–8 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and begin once your order has shipped. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers including USPS.


WHERE WE SHIP

We currently only ship to customers across the United States.

Have a P.O. box? No problem. We ship to P.O. box addresses via USPS. 


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can keep an eye on your delivery every step of the way.

Note: If after 24 hours your tracking link is still showing 'Pre-Shipment', this means USPS has forgotten to scan the package. Don't be alarmed. Your order has in fact been shipped the same day it was placed and is in transit to its destination. If your tracking still shows "Pre-Shipment" after 6 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate right away.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us right away — we'll make it right. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, here are a few steps to try first:

  • Wait 24–48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered while they're still in transit.
  • Check around your property, including spots the carrier may have used for safe placement.
  • Check with neighbors in case the package was left with them.
  • Check with your local post office or UPS location.

If you still can't locate your package, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier:

Please note: Suppello is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We strongly recommend being available to receive your package on the day of delivery.


ADDRESS CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Need to update your delivery address? We're happy to help as long as your order has not yet been marked as shipped. Once your order is marked as shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address — please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist before that happens.

Cancellations are accepted any time before your order has been marked as shipped. Once shipped, please refer to our return policy.
