Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Suppello. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below for details on returns and refunds.


RETURNS

Returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In new condition
  • With all original packaging intact

Please note: Due to the nature of dietary supplements, opened products cannot be returned.


RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

After receiving your RMA number:

  1. Place the item in a secure mailer or box for return shipping.
  2. Include your proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or invoice).
  3. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We also strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after the return is received. Depending on your bank, processing may occasionally take longer.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly make it right by offering a replacement or refund.

To request assistance, contact us and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened supplements
  • Products that show signs of use
  • Sale items
  • Returns sent without an approved RMA number
